PS News...

We are saying goodbye to one of our designers and adding another.
I am sure that many of you can imagine how busy Betsy must be with design work, product development and family...so she decided it was best to step down to make more time for herself...which I totally understand and support.  Betsy is an amazing person and she will be greatly missed by our team.

Her spot has been filled by a very talented designer who I think you will be incredibly inspired by.  Please welcome Kay Miller!  We are beyond excited that she joined our die team.  You will start to see her PS creations during our PS DT blog hop this month...which is on October 30th.

We will release our November products a day early on Oct 30th.  (9:00pm PT or midnight ET)  It's hard to compete with Halloween :)

Here is a special sneak peek of our November stamps and dies...

In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness month, I thought I'd mention that we support The National Breast Cancer Foundation.  A portion of the proceeds from sales of our Hope stamps and Hope dies is donated to this wonderful charity every year.

The holidays are just around the corner, filled with opportunities to celebrate with family and friends. But during this special season, many of the elderly who live in nursing homes may be alone and missing their families. Wouldn’t it be awesome to bring smiles to their faces and brighten their holidays? That’s what the Caring Hearts Card Drive is all about! This wonderful card drive is hosted by Vera Yates and Jennifer McGuire and is in its 5th year of collecting holiday cards to send to the elderly in nursing homes. And we are so proud to sponsor this worthwhile effort!
Please join us in spreading cheer this holiday season with the Caring Hearts Card DriveClick Here for all the details, including what to send and where to send it. Note: All cards must be received by November 28, 2014.

Happy Birthday to my super cute Grandma...she turns 91 today :)

Tomorrow's blog post will be loaded with FUN stuff, so be sure to stop by.

Sooo, my Ohio trip...oh my, I had a blast!!  I met so many amazing women and look forward to seeing them all again at the next retreat.  At the risk of name dropping or leaving out people, I am just going to say that I absolutely enjoyed everyone...but I loved sitting next to Jennifer McGuire, Dawn Woleslagle (WPlus9), Kristina Werner, Kathy Racoosin and Shari Carroll.  We shared soooo many laughs!  I was honored (and humbled) to be among such talent.

I think I made close to 20 cards (it felt so good to create again).  I am the worst at taking photos (sorry), but I have this one to share (courtesy of the cute Barb Engler). This is a small view of our crop room. This is Dawn and I.

purple, teal and yellow - oh my I love that!!  I love the super soft stars and purple bling!  Teri water colored beautifully.  I love the colored grey outline :)

Erin used our Tag Stitched die as her tag base and designed it with a Hexalong die and popped up dove.  This is gorgeous!  I love the ribbon!!

Jamie used our TAM set - Uplifters along with Healthy Vibes and I just love how it turned out!  Using red and pink show love...and I love the grey spoon placement.

There is a sausage restaurant in Regensburg, Germany which is in business since 900 years. That means they were selling sausages well before the Inca Empire existed and are still serving 6,000 sausages a day.

hope to see you tomorrow

Hola friends!
I am back from Ohio.  Oh my gosh - I had the most WONDERFUL time!!
I have a whole bunch to do today, but I will chat more about it tomorrow :)

Emily created the most beautiful scene.  I love the pop of red!  The heat embossed deer is so beautiful!  The vellum, the glitter, the curves...it's all amazing :)

It's cool how Laurie also heat embossed the deer...and used the same color combo :)   Her ribbon is beautiful and so is her design.  LOVE every inch of this card!!!

While James Cameron was stricken with food poisoning in Roe on a film set, he had a nightmare about an invincible robot hit man sent from the future to kill him giving him the idea for the Terminator catapulting his career.

I missed you!!

Are you ready for some lovely projects today?

I am LOVING this stamped background.  It's stamped so perfectly that it looks like patterned paper :)  The die cut snowflakes are perfect accents (the glittery one is my fav).  That darling bow clip - so cute!!

Now this would be a sweet treat to receive.  I wish I could see this in person.
Michele has a way with balance...the burlap color, the circles and blue elements.  I am always amazed by her talent!  I think this is just soooo dang pretty.

missing you all

Photo cards are such a wonderful idea for Christmas cards.  It serves as a dual purpose....touching base with a holiday card and sharing a photo of your loved ones.  I personally think photo cards should be sent all year around.  what do I love...that felt poinsettia in the corner  :)

Hello crafty friends!
I will be travelling from Arizona to Ohio this Friday for a craft retreat - yay!
I am beyond excited.  I miss paper crafting ohhhh soooo much!  I plan to make a TON of cards and come back with some inspiration for you.

I leave early on Friday, Oct 17th and return late on Monday, Oct. 20th.  Orders will not ship on Oct 17, 18 or 20, but will resume shipping on Tuesday, Oct 21.

While I am away, I am going to include a cute little stamp set for free with all orders placed on Friday, Oct 17 through Monday, Oct 20.  This is our way of saying thank you for your patience as shipping will be a bit delayed.

Tree - just about 1" tall
Hello - approx 1 1/8" long

To be honest, the tiny polka dots don't ink up well, but the outline of the tree is perfect.  In hindsight, I wish I made the polka dots bigger (live and learn)

Stockings Dies

awwww, aren't these baby booties the cutest!?!  I love how Erin's mind works.  I can imagine how cute this design would be with blue socks or yellow and green for twins maybe?  Purely clever :)
(sentiment - A Holy Holiday)

(we are flying through our stock...we are expecting another shipment around Oct 17)

Robins Egg Blue, Kelly Green and White - oh MY!  LOVE it!!
Teri used the Stitched dies to add a stitched frame to her card base - awesome :)
I love the softly colored dove and the watermarked stars (swoon)

ohhhhh, that Jamie has done it again...eeeek - how I LOVE this!!!
I love the delicious colors...the twine and the way she colored the mason jar.
(Crystal Clear, Crystal Clear 2 die, Tag Zig Zag Die, Ghoulfriends stamps and dies)

The Killer Whale is a natural predator of the Moose.  (huh?)

Oh my gosh...Emily does amazing things with our characters.  I love how she colored this cute group!  The stitched dies adds a wonderful texture to the background and the bold sentiment is awesome!!  She colors beautifully, doesn't she?

Laurie's tic tac toe hearts are super cute!!
I adore those colors...and they look great against a white backdrop.
She chose a universal sentiment that works for soooo many occasions,
Darling card :)
