Happy Half-way day friends :)

I loooove how Erin used the "road" die to create a mini rainbow!  The dotted line adds a fabulous texture to the red stripe.  This woudl make a great bookmark!!
(Tag Stitched die)

awwww, who doesn't LOVE a super cute girly-pumpkin?  I love the connected spider web and purple bat!  The design is great too :)

Nancy Thomas is our guest this month and she created an AWEsome card using Great Chemistry stamps and dies.  Her coloring is fantastic - it adds a TON of dimension!!!  I adore lime green...so I love how that color pops!!!

Standing like a Superhero for as little as two minutes changes our testosterone and cortisol levels, increases our appetite for risk, causes us to perform better in job interviews, and generally configures our brains to cope well in stressful situations.

I 'm baaaaaack!  I had a wonderful visit to NY but I am so happy to be home.  I was able to see many friends and family members, so that was awesome.  The high school reunion was fun.  I didn't lug my camera in there - or - whip out my cell phone (it was dark in there) so i don't have many photos to share (sorry)  I have many memories in my brain though :)

I will go back next year for my family reunion in July.  We have annual reunions for both sides of my family...and another on my mother's side that will celebrate their 100th family reunion in 2015 (very cool, I think)  My Grandma turns 91 in October, so it was lovely to spend time with her.

I think Emily's card rocks!  I love the soft blue sentiment and the white flowers looks like they are a part of her kraft paper.  The "for you" tab is darling and so is the crown (LOVE)

This card is BEAUTIFUL!  Just like the sentiment says.  Fabulous mix of color and the design is terrific.  LOVE that accent!!

A couple bid $100 for an abandoned storage locker and found the original James Bond submarine car inside. Tesla Motors’ Elon Musk later purchased it for $920,000.

Love ya!!

Ahhh, what a wonderful use of our Dots & Dashes dies...it adds a fabulous touch!  I LOVE Michele's silhouette scene.  The broken up sentiment is awesome and so are the bling!!

Kalyn's card is sooo sooo SO pretty!  I love the fall colors and movement that she created...it looks like the leaves are blowing in the wind.  The sentiment is a great choice (it's from our Spiritual Sampler stamp set)

A&W introduced a burger that was bigger and less expensive than McDonald’s Quarter Pounder, but it failed because customers assumed 1/3 was less than 1/4.

mwah!

Pamela has an amazing way of making a BOLD statement!  The white space is just enough...and covering her colored flowers with vellum is a GREAT idea!!  I love the popped up panel and the Dots & Dashes dies takes this card over the top!
(Blossoming Buds, Dots & Dashes dies)

awww, sweet simplicity!  Her super cute leaves frame in the the sentiment beautifully.  The stitching is perfect :)
(Blossoming Buds, Seasonal Tree dies)

Betsy's card is absolutely lovely.  I love the feminine colors.  She watercolored with her stamps and the effect is amazing! She used foam to add dimension to her die cut sentiment...just WOW!
(Blossoming Buds, Kudos Words dies, Stitched dies)

Now this is a color palette that took me by surprise - but I LOVE it!  They look so cool together.  The curvy stitched lines look great!  What a refreshing card :)

Gambling is extremely wide-spread in Finland with slot machines in almost every store… however, it’s monopolized and all profits go to charities (including the treatment of gambling addiction).

thanks for stopping by!

TGIF!!

Bold and Beautiful is exactly what this card is!  I LOVE the pink, yellow b/w color combo - eeeek!  The flower cluster makes a great accent :)

That sweet leaf is what does it for me....that and the pop of baby pink.  This card is so soft and adorable and I love it to pieces.

Cougar, puma, and mountain lion are all different names for the same animal.

PS Patrol...and a SALE

Hello friends!
Yup, we are having a sale - starting today - woohooo!
I am going back to my hometown in upstate NY for a reunion, so I thought a sale was a fun thing to do while I am away.  We will be accepting orders while I am out of town but they won't ship until I get back.  I will have limited access to my computer and e-mail, but I will reply to everyone as soon as I possibly can.

If Bosom Buddy (the Aug TAM stamp set) goes out of stock before the end of the month, we will replace it with our Geo-Graphic stamp set.  The subtotal (after discount) needs to be over $60. to qualify for the free stamp set.

My blog posts are scheduled, so your inspiration will keep coming.

....and today is a PS Patrol day - woohoooo!!!

Audrey Tokach
eeek - that water colored background is awesome!  It looks like tie dye too.   I love all of the stitched lines...and the popped up astronaut and planet!
(Space Cadet)

Karen Haman
This is a beautiful design.  I love the white on white with one bold color thrown in. This is a stunning card!  (of course the ampersand color can change to match the wedding colors)
(We Connect, Ampersands dies)

Pure cleverness always gets my attention!  I LOVE the use of the "cray" sentiment on the crayon, LOL.  This would be a fun card for a teacher or friend.  I know it brings a BIG smile to MY face ;)

What a perfect summer card!  The colors Kay chose are ones that I am very drawn to.  I love her clean and simple design and the popped up elements.  This is beautifully created.

ohhh my goodness, aren't those pumpkins totally adorable?  I LOVE their rosy cheeks - eeeek!  Her backdrop is awesome and so is her ribbon treatment.  This card is awesome in every way!

After learning of his parents tragic death due to carbon monoxide poisoning, Weird Al went on to perform and gave the reason that “since my music
had helped many of my fans through tough times, maybe it would
work for me as well”

loves,
Kim

Happy half-way Day!!

...tomorrow is the day I share something fun on the blog, so stop back, ok?

orange, green and blue = super awesome!
The sequins are darling and so is this concept :)
Teri rocks our Hexalongs dies!!

This is a fabulous use of color and balance.  Erin chose strong colors in the striped paper and created a wonderful focal point to the left that coordinates beautifully.  Sweet simplicity :)

Nancy is back with us again this week with a super pretty card for us to share with you.  The round card shape is fun and so is the tilted sentiment.  That leaf cluster makes me very happy :)  (Large Leaves dies, Big Friend Word die)

A man called “Paz” snuck into Paris Hilton’s 30th birthday party, stole her $3200 red velvet cake, and gave it away to the homeless of Los Angeles.

My favorite thing - those stamped bats in the background!  Of course they are hard to compete with the cute ghost holding a sign and that fun twine bow!  The stitched hill is great and so are the stars!

Michele used the monster image as a ghost as well - I love that!!  Her card makes my mouth water because I think of candy for some reason.  I love that cute banner along the bottom.  Super fun and clever card!

An adopted man in Michigan searched for his birth mother for 4 years before finding out that she worked at the same Lowe’s store that he worked at. Neither of them knew.

smooches!
